Straight Mug

Ive always really liked vintage glass tableware and, because of that, I have a collection that I accumulated from thrift stores over the years. Every once in a while, I try to recreate one of my glass tumblers or mugs. Sometimes I get the form right, other times the shape just doesn't look as good being made from clay as it did glass. This is one of the shapes I think works, and they fit in a standard cup holder as a little bonus.
Slip trailed loops with local clay before being dipped in a clear-blue glaze made from bagged materials, then fired in the 5th burn at Three Springs
Capacity around 18oz+
Height around 6"
Width around 3.25"
